This group is for those people who find themselves married to a partner who has little or no interest in having a sexual relationship. Hey everybody! I'm new here and my heart goes out to everyone suffering from a sexless marriage. I was in similar situations with the little to no sex in my marriage and I'm working on bringing sex back and so far so good. I can give you tips on how to bring sex back into your marriage. Some of these things I did and am currently doing. If you've tried all these tips hit me up I'm sure I can find another tip. I'm not an expert or certified in therapy. Just thought I share what I found that could be helpful for your marriage. Give them a try (the things you haven't tried yet) and let us know how it worked out for you!
- Have sex without intercourse this takes the pressure off of sex. Outercourse examples are frottage, use toys, mutual masturbation, hot makeput sessions, oral, hands only
- If it is age related consider taking enhancement pills but consult with your doctor 1st!
- Have an activity/ date night jar filled with things you and your spouse would want to do but haven't tried it yet. And have a monthly or weekly drawing from that jar.
- Have a 24 hour digital detox (if you can't have a 24 digital detox then talk with your partner and discuss a time that would work best for both of you to put those devices down)
- Do something on your honey-do list, do a chore that your partner doesn't like doing, take something off of your partners to-do list and don't tell them (unless they ask of course)

- Try a 7 day or 30 day sex challenge... you can add to the basic rule but you cannot eliminate the basic rule or it won't work... The basic rule is you must have sex everyday of which ever challenge you both choose no matter what! (Unless your sick or something then just restart the challenge when you're all better) The goal to to work through your problems while bringing sex back into your marriage.
