While the above situations are what they call triggers, the urges are withdrawal symptoms. Up until now, it is your body asking you to give it what you have been giving it for a while.
There is nothing that needs to be done about it, perhaps you could sit there and see what the urge is pointing to. Are you lonely, hungry, mad or is there any other negative emotion you are feeling?
Up until now you've been coping with your emotions by indulging, so now it is a good time, to learn to feel those emotions you are feelings, at first, it will feel lousy but in time, you will get used to it and learn to predict them and then do something constructive about it.
Keeping a journal during these times is crucial because not only you get to feel it and not indulge but you get to express them on paper and thus let it be felt in a healthy way. Best of all, you get to learn the triggers (what causes the urges) as you read back what you've written, this way you can address them as you start to feel them.
