Now, having said this, I need to point out that I know little to nothing about most of these programs, so I can't say if the majority of them are any good or not. However, there are six programs that I do know about, and I can say without a doubt that these are all first rate programs that really know what they are doing when it comes to sexual addiction:

There is another program that might also be helpful, but the individual in question would need to have some type of an eating disorder, in addition to the sexual compulsivity, to be admitted to this treatment center. (They mainly treat eating disorders but realize that other problems such as drugs, alcohol, sexual addiction, etc. can also be present in survivors of sexual abuse). They treat survivors of incest, sexual abuse/sexual assault by non-family members, and ritualistic abuse. This program is called Castlewood Treatment Center (www.castlewoodtc.com/) and it is located in suburban St. Louis, Missouri. The program directors, Mark Schwartz, Sc.D. and his wife, Lori Galperin, M.S.W. are among the top five or six therapists in the country when it comes to treating sexual trauma. If this individual will try Googling their names, she can see how many professional papers these two have written over the years (there have been hundreds of them). These folks have taught classes on sexual trauma at Harvard Medical School, Tulane University, and Johns Hopkins University. I honestly don't think there's anyone who can top these two. So that might be another possible resource for this lady to consider.
That's about all I can offer you in the way of treatment centers. I hope something here proves helpful. If you, or this lady, have any questions, or if I may be of any further service, please feel free to contact me again. I'll be happy to help in any way I can.
