My wife has been in the Hospital[mental health unit] and I have been talkinhg to her about our sex life openly and honestly. I am beginning to feel that she really wants to have a very full sexual life and I going to try to see if this activity will fulfill that spot I have been trying to fill with porn.

I am not sure what that means but filling the void of porn with sex isnt generally going to help and he is why. Generally sex/porn addicts need to do at least a 90 reboot...no porn, no sex and no masturbation for at least 90 days. It helps re-wire the damaged parts of your brain. check out the site yourbrainonporn.com . Having a healthy sex life with your wife after that 90 days is the key. Often when a spouse finds out their spouse is addicted they will do what we call hypersex..overly having sex in order to try to "save" the addict. It isnt healthy for either the spouse or the addict. Consider filling the porn with healthy activities, a hobby, exercise, etc. Filling porn with sex is actually defeating the purpose. Sex is healthy and very fullfilling when it is done being connected.

I see what you mean. I gave alot of thought and what I hear you say is to do a reboot, ie change what I do in my life for living - get into my life and then as I get healthier - then develop the sex life in a more honest husband-wife way.

what do you mean "change what I do in my life for living" ?

I can tell you from experience that after a reboot sex becomes so much better because its not just the physical connection but emotional as well.
