I have been having some issues with trying distract myself and to not lie about my porn use to my girlfriend. The lying has gotten better and worse. She has only given me a handful of chances before she leaves me. I struggled quite a bit today but I know not to beat myself up and to see it as more of a learning opportunity. I have incorporated a morning walk around 9am-11am and that seems to help set my day in motion. It seems to allow me to "reset" my brain in a way and then I can be more productive. I unfortunately did not do my walk today and as a result I looked at creepshot pictures and uploaded some to a website. I also got a cello for my birthday and Ido weightlifting as well... although the last few days I haven't been weightlifting. And to top all of this off my girlfriend and I aren't as intimate as we would like to be. Yesterday was a fantastic day and I did not look at porn or any images at all! I think today i just let my gaurd down because of the amazing day yesterday.
you can be intimate with her without sex, you can listen to her, after she talks late try and write down what she said to test yourself to see if you were really listening.
Dont offer her any advise unless she ask you what do you think.
Dont apologize to her more than once if you did something truly wrong.
If she is hurt stop yourself and just ask her, "what do you need form me?'
