I recommend reaching out to people. Ask questions you want to know about. Insight would be given if you are wanting it but if you don't ask, no one will know

Churches offer addiction programs. One of the best features is getting into a small group where you can share, listen, and find accountability. You don’t have to be a church member to attend. Having someone to talk to is essential. It will relieve anxiety rather than cause it. It will bolster confidence instead of diminishing it. The fear you may be feeling about speaking out about this goes away quickly and is replaced with relief. It’s healing to be in community

Currently in this state of the world its hard to find face to face groups.
So you will have to continue to reach out to people an ask questions and write in a journal daily.
