spouse is struggling

my spouse is struggling with my porn addiction or compulsion, either way it has disrupted our lives.  I have joined a SA but there is very little for her.  I am only a few weeks in since she confronted me about porn and i sought out help but she has none.  i really want to find her some help or support to go along with mine.

Bane, sorry you didn't get a reply until now. Most if not all of us here are still in the midst of the struggle and don't have good answers for you. There are some people who insist tell your spouse is the way to go, but as you found out, it doesn't always seem to pan out.

Whatever you do, no matter what, don't give up the struggle. If you fall, get up, and find any way you can to make falling less likely next time. God bless.
