Hi, my name is shae. I'm a teen and a female. Most people think that guys are the only ones who battle with porn addiction, and if a girl does it then it doesn't really make sense. I can't talk to anyone about this, i feel so ashamed!! I fully understand what i'm doing is wrong and that it'll lead down a dark path but it's so hard to stop. It's like when you're not in the mood to watch/read it then you tell yourself that you're going to stop. But as soon as that feeling comes back again, the want and the desire to just watch it one more time, you break. Your resolve that you once had is gone and you're back at the beginning. It's an endless cycle and i'm sick of it. I need to change NOW before it gets too far. This has been going on for as long as i can remember. I need help. Please help.
