I've been addicted to porn and sex all my life. Started porn at 13. Around 15 I started flirting heavily with everyone I'm attracted to and hiding my promiscuity and porn  behavior. I attracted the attention of a younger girl who fell in love with me. I grew more fond of her and our friendship grew over the years while I slept with and dated other people. Sometimes cheating on them with her.  Eventually we got married but I never stopped flirting with or talking to my past sexual partners.

I have pretty severe ADD and it affects my memory. I was using my ADD to hide things from myself, distracting myself from uncomfortable thoughts and guilt.

We have two kids now and their whole lives I've been bringing shame to them and their mother with my discusting behavior. When I was caught I was sending videos of myself performing sexual acts on myself in public and sending them to a guy I was friends with as a kid.

When we were kids we discovered porn together. We also experimented sexually. Now I've been sending him pictures and videos and trying to hook back up with him(one time successfully).

I am praying to God for the strength and guidance to STOP DOING THIS. 

Due to the nature of my problems this will be my only post on this forum. I'm not comfortable with this platform because I don't trust myself with a DM option. Does someone have a website with zoom meetings for sex addicts?
