Today I saw a preview of a pornographic movie on a website like Netflix, called Hulu. I didn't view the pornography, but I did see a little picture of a woman's breast.
I think that if I had looked at the sexual material any longer it may have done a real amount of harm to my self esteem. Watching movies which flaunt good looking women cause me to feel depressed: I cannot experience life through a television screen and pretend to be happy.

I wanted to come back to this website to repent for my actions today. I wanted to remind myself that I'm a pornography addict attempting to recover.
I think that today I will not look at any women in underwear, nude, or even in clothing. I think that fantasizing about women with immaculate features causes us to become shallow.

I would like to repent. I had not intended on looking at pornography today, I just was skimming a film to see what type of stuff to expect, which may have had some positive outcomes too (I will not use this website to rent movies now). Also, I don't think that looking at pornography is going to make me more skilled at reading or learning.
Life is about living out your dreams, I don't think that looking at pornography is going to help me live out any dreams.

I think that even looking at a woman's breast has done some damage, and I will have to try not to think about this image again. I believe that there is no healthy level of addiction, drug or pornographic.
