Hello everyone
I urgently seek your support in overcoming a debilitating online porn addiction, with 4-hour sessions every second day. This pattern is not only consuming my time but has led to financial issues and desensitization to questionable content that appears in the sheer quantities of mainstream porn that I wouldnt seek out. I feel corrupted, morally and spiritually broken for the best part of 20 years. I want it to stop. It feels like a poison that runs deep within my body that needs to be purged. I have ADHD, so commitment, focus and mindfulness is a real problem, I feel I need to work on imporving my methods of concentration to support my effort towards rididng my life of porn.
I'm reaching out for guidance, resources, or personal experiences from those who've overcome similar challenges.
