The cravings you feel – which is your brain saying "hey! I need my fix!" – will fade over time as you re-train your brain to find comfort in other, healthier activities. It isn't easy, because you can't rewire your brain overnight (or even over months). But it does happen.
It's good you have a counselor. Depending on where you live, you might also want to seek out a 12-step group like SAA. Having a group of live people to share your experience with who won't judge can be really powerful.
Online support groups like this one are also great. There's a lot of good feedback here. You might also try NoFap.com, which has sub-groups specifically for people of every age, marital status, etc. We'd caution, though, that staring at a screen is part of the intoxication of modern porn. Relying too heavily on any online activity for support may be something to avoid at this stage of your recovery. Pairing activity here with connecting with a live human being who understands what you're going through can be better.
Good luck, and let us know how else we might help.
Yours,
