I would love to see someone answer how. I am struggling with it too. Already lost one marriage because of it

The best thing you can do is find a group near you, one of the 12 step programs, and go to some meetings. Talk to people that are going through the same thing. You will be surprised how many people have had the same feelings as you and are struggling the same way. It gets you out of your shell and to start talking. Good luck! You can do this!

Coloque numa folha as qualidades de sua namorada e tente mudar aos poucos por ela, pois vc a ama e ela é uma mulher que vale a pena. Vc é um homem livre, inteligente e cheio de vida, sexo é importante mas tudo com cautela. Saiba dosar tudo em sua vida, religião, política, família, amigos, ambição, trabalho e sexo para que nenhum desses itens citados venham a te prejudicar. This hits home for me. I have asked my now husband, to stop we have been together for 3 years and he tells me he will and doesn’t. Says sorry and does it again. I had a husband for 8 years he masterbated to porn everyday, and when I wanted sex he always said he was tired. My self esteem went down. Then i found out he was using cocaine when i was working night shift at the hospital and masterbating with other men while high and watching porn. He would fight with me all the time. Long story short. I found out he likes men more than women. Said the perfect woman would look like a woman and has a penis. I reached out on here for help and got some very useful advise. I left him 3 years ago this month. Porn is a terrible addiction and it does Just hurt the one doing it, it hurts the ones you love as well.
