Can I ask how often you are viewing porn sites?
Are you in a relationship?
Could you possibly talk to a close friend and ask them to be an accountability partner to help you?
Maybe look at the settings on your computer or internet provider and put restrictions in place.
For me I found especially these past few months I have to much time on my own and boredom sets in and I turned more to porn as entertainment to fill time. But I've tried to break the habit but by doing other things. I'm more in control of how much and what types of porn I watch.
Please private message me on here if that would be helpful to you.
I wish you all the best.

In order for you to break your cycle, you need to learn why you are doing it.
Start off by writing down why you are doing it.
What need is it filling.
Then ask yourself what is something good/more fun you could do instead.
I suggest that before you act out, you read the bible and pray.
every time you act out you are destroying your soul. You are hurting your ability to self love.
Find a local SA group that is meeting face to face.
listen to xa-speakers.
good luck,
