Sexual addiction, also sometimes called sexual compulsion, is a form of psychological addiction to sexual intercourse and other sexual behavior.
Today I went online and started searching for sexually arousing videos. I didn't view any nudity, but I did watch a video on Youtube where a woman was doing humping motions while speaking.
Recently I've realized how I cringe because of the repercussions of pornography. I've never really hurt myself as bad as I have when I looked at pornography.
Today I looked at pornography, but at least it wasn't nude or showing genitals. I would like to quit looking at sexual videos because I think that there could be something out there better for me.

Again good job for speaking up it is hard to admit when we slide back but is so helpful in recovery. Blessings! (btw I'm a wife but I've worked plenty with my hubby when he's had a slip in his recovery so what I've suggested is what he has done and has worked for him)
