Hello hi, i have been in porn addict since 2016 and still can't stop it until now, what method that all of you used to cope with this addict, i'm also having depression and anxiety came from this addict that affect half of my life

im still figuring it out myslef, its one of the most difficult things for me , absolutley lost control over my own mind and self, habit replacement i heard is what heals it but thats still really had to even do
