Hey guys! Great to be back on here again as I never fail to receive all the love, support and comments from everyone that truly keeps me going. I thought I might share this little milestone of mine that I have managed to achieve through joining this support group and that is that I am officially one week free! I know that no milestone is too small and I encourage any body else to share their victories no matter how big or small. Once again thank you so much to everyone on here and hopefully I can share my two week free milestone too!

The first two weeks were my most difficult, once I crossed 30 days - things really started looking good.

Keep going and stay strong, one day at a time, one minute at a time, one second at a time. Watch your thoughts and where it leads you to - your brain is what you feed it - feed it well :)...

Congratulation and celebrate by doing good for someone who needs it!!!

Thank you so much to everyone on here who is giving me such nice and supportive comments. I never truly feel like I am alone as I always remember all the advice you have for me. One thing that I have learned about this whole experience is to never think too much about the future or keep glancing at the calendar. Keep your mind on your goal and without you even realizing, you'll have reached it! Thank you all again for slowly giving me my life back! :)

Congratulations! One week is awesome. I agree, no milestone is too small and you're on your way to being a better version of yourself.

I'm at two days right now, which is the longest i've gone in months.
