Thanks for sharing your story. We're here to help. It sounds like you are in the process of finding support to help you in your recovery from porn use, which is good and very important. We encourage you to get to an SAA or SLAA meeting soon, and to keep going back. If you have not done so through the charity you mentioned, it might also be helpful to find a therapist with whom you can speak one-on-one.

We understand how difficult things must feel right now, but there is hope. Hang in there, and let us know if there's anything else we can do to help.
