I find it’s mostly stress or boredom.

I try to make it a little harder to access the internet. I Leave my devices in inconvenient places. Maybe it gives me enough time to second guess while going to get them. 5-10 seconds can be enough to change my mind.

I just saw a reply you left for another woman and I want to say that I felt so much shame I felt like I couldn’t approach God. If I felt connected to God one day and then viewed porn it took days to get over it before I felt like I could pray again. Keep this in mind, Jesus was tempted by everything we’re tempted by. Yep. Jesus has seen it all so he is the perfect person to go to when you feel like crap. He wants to remind us at all times we are his children. He loves you like you’re his only daughter. And you can come to him and say sorry, and we should, but we leave the guilt and shame for Him to bury. Nothing can separate you from his love. He is never disappointed with you. He might not like what we do sometimes . he placed in you his perfect and holy heart when you said yes to him. He’s coming for you because of that. Not your perfect behavior because he already knows we will blow it. He loves you. Madly!!! And he is proud of you. Our bodies suck. We will not have them in heaven. Our flesh can sin but God’s Holy Spirit is in you. If the Holy Spirit wasn’t in you , you wouldn’t have a problem consuming porn. It is possible to backslide and not lose that momentum with God. We might feel horrible but Jesus does not want us to linger in that. Take that shame to him, put it at his feet, and pray a prayer of gratitude. Always look to him. He is always holding out his hand for you. Listen to some Christian music throughout the day. It is positive and uplifting. You’re awesome. Don’t give up.

Stress and boredom are killers i understand that. I don't view porn as a problem unless it consumes you and that is what was happening to me. Another helpful thing (for whatever weird reason) was getting rid of social media. That also Ate up allot of time and i almost thing it turned into a one things leads to another type of situation

hello , it is a big addition but you need to explore what factors guide you to this action, I am addicted for at least 12 years , and this addiction destroy to much beautiful things , I didn't know it is an addiction , I though drugs or alcohol only considers as addiction ,
