I've not heard of a death, but i suspect the chest pressure could be anxiety. But have a regular check up at the doctors to be sure.

If you have been tested for any heart ailments, and the results were negative, then I would suspect that one potential cause could be anxiety. The anxiety could be linked directly to some form of shame or guilt you may be feeling when acting out! This is solely my opinion.

Is it a pain in your chest? Does it feel like something heavy is on your chest? Do you feel anything in your left arm at the same time?

If the answer to any of these is yes...
GET YOUR HEART CHECKED AGAIN.


I had several tests done for heart trouble and nothing showed up. Then one day I felt really strange and went to the hospital. I had a heart catherization. Then they put in a stint. Blocked arteries do not always show up on all heart tests. I am not trying to scare you just let you know that you should maybe get another oppinion. You can never be to safe.

Masterbation is not the cause. However if the masterbation is excessive, perhaps you should be looking at the cause of the masterbation. And what affect its having in your life.
