When you see the problem the hope begins. You're on your way!

Welcome to the group and congratulations on the first day of your journey of recovery. There is hope. There is ALWAYS hope! Recovery can and does happen. It will not be easy but it will be worth every effort you put into it. 12 step groups are a great resource. I go to a group every week. Working the steps is essential in changing life. They have changed mine. I know how it feels to be disgusted when first starting out, I promise that too will get better as you go along. I wish you the best in your efforts to recovery from the disease of addiction.

Well my therapist says think of consequence's that may help you decide if its worth it.

I have experienced change that I had come to doubt was ever possible. Yet, possible it was indeed, and I am no longer a prisoner to lust. Therefore, have hope that change is possible.
