New to the group, first time posting, glad to be here,
Im 52, last summer I realized sex is never going to happen for me. Im healthy and able but there is no woman who wants me. I guess I must be pretty damn ugly, I'm too skinny and surely totally underestimated. The last 30 women I've met in the last 20 years have ALL told me "but we're just friends". Female friends are easy for me, I have lots, but women cannot think of me as a partner, I think the idea must be humiliating or disgusting to them. So I can only guess that the path to take so that my life doesn't hurt is to accept that I am not attractive and that sex will never happen because I am totally unlovable. That makes sense to me but I wish my body agreed.
I can recognize that I am letting women define me. Why not? I wish I had some proof otherwise. Funny thing, hookers are just as expensive as a psychiatrist and I'm not sure either one can fix me.
Either way, I don't believe anyone is to skinny, fat or what have you. There IS someone for everyone.
Maybe your looking for perfect women. I'm not sure, but there is someone out there for you.
Im sure there is someone for me, Im also just as sure she is going to be already attached to someone else.
Definitely not believing in or interested in any hint of perfect. I have been attracted to women and none of my friends believed me.

I think when we see certain women that are attached. We see them in a different light. We see their motherly side. There devotion to the man they're with. We may have even known them before. But didn't see or realize they had that special gift in them. And its to late now...
