I have been trying to give up porn or keep it under control .But I masturbated today .I feel disgusting .it's ruining my body .I need someone to help me .like just someone to talk with me on daily basis to ensure I'm not doing anything just for two weeks .please help me.i don't wanna be like this
Try not to be too down. You had a lapse. But you are here, you are being honest that it did not make you feel good.
Try and have a think what caused you to lapse. E.g. were you angry, bored, stressed etc?
How easy was it to go and act out? If you used a PC can you move it to a less private part of your house?
Be gentle on yourself, this doesn't mean you are a terrible person, you had a wobble is all.
