I'm a 28 year old guy, married with a kid under the age of 1. I am not usually the type to seek help or admit that I have a problem, but here I am. I don't think I would have done this on my own, but my marriage is at risk big time due to this. 

I frequently watch porn and find myself browsing NSFW Reddit, sometimes without even masturbating to it, just browsing. I somewhat recently reached out to someone I went to high school that was starting an onlyfans page and received nudes from her, and my wife found said nudes. I am in the process of trying to find a marriage counselor for us to try to salvage our marriage, but I believe I may need to find help for myself in addition to marriage counseling. 

Any advice, or free resources available to help my situation?
