LET me give you a 2 tips,
first set a boundary that will block you from accessing porn, there are lots of filters that block porn, DO IT RIGHT AWAY, IF YOU DELAY YOU WILL ALWAYS PUSH IT OFF,
and the second tip is to make yourself a punishment, for example, If I fall through, I will have to pay a certain amount to charity of your choice depending on your budget and how generous you are, or for example if you love a specific sports team, you decide that if you fall through again you won't be able to watch your team this week,
Whatever works for you man!
Remember YOUR CAN MAKE IT, AND WITH GODS HELP YOU WILL MAKE IT,
BEST OF LUCK BROTHER, I BELIEVE IN YOU!
My best advice is to be honest, with your wife and yourself. The best possible thing you can do is get support and love from those around you, and from yourself. I have found that the best thing to combat porn with is self love and honesty. Breaking down barriers of deceit and opening your heart to those you love most could be a very important step. Therapy may also be a place to start as well. I think if you can show your wife that you're trying to overcome your problems, and that u Ours doing your best to beat your addiction, she may find it easier within herself to forgive you and set the past behind. If porn isn't worth your marriage, then you can find a way to stop it.
Spend time with yourself and try and understand where and why these compulsions come from. A great tool against any behavior is learning to understand it. What causes it? Why did it start? Once you can understand it, you may be able to start finding a way through it. Remember, you are never alone and love is the key. Don't be afraid to be honest... Even if that's what does something in. It's better to lose something due to honesty than to have it slip away because of lies and hurtful betrayal. There's therapists that specialize in these problems. I recommend that, and maybe a marriage counselor as well. Try and rebuild trust, and don't be upset if things take time. The worst you can do is be angry with yourself. Be compassionate and kind and give yourself grace.
Best of luck to you,
