You're doing the right thing just by reaching out. Do you have access to any trusted people who you can call/text when the urge is really strong?

Have u identified what u are feeling and what are needing to which u are seeking to turn to porn to help u fill in your life in this moment?
I know for me, moments when if feel very inadequate and low esteem are when I notice and urge or pull to act out to numb those feelings. When what I really need is good connection, feel loved and significant, and fulfillment of my life and who I am

I also know the temptation to consider my sobriety or abstinence of acting out as the big measuring stick. And that if I acted out, than the time and energy etc of being free seems "wasted". If your focus is so heavily on the sobriety- like most addicts, and like how I have thought for many years until groups and therapy, then moments like this are just me white knuckling trying to use only use sheet will power to overcome. And I know I need more than that. I need connection, grace from God, and self compassion.

No i don't have anyone to call and talk about my problem ...Most people my age are into porn more frequently.So it would make me look like an idiot when i tell this to them.I get this when I'm alone or have nothing to do.I can't keep myself occupied at all times

I know how common place it seems and seems so accepted now that sharing your desire to rid yourself of the acting out and truly be healed may seem weird to others who don't see it as the problem it is. I can relate to feeling that.
Your not an idiot wanting to do what is healthy and right for u regardless of what society thinks about what u should or shouldn't do or think or feel.

Are u old enough to go to a support group in your area?
