Sexual addiction, also sometimes called sexual compulsion, is a form of psychological addiction to sexual intercourse and other sexual behavior.
I'm going on about 2 months free from porn, I find it hard especially now that I'm so far into the no porn journey being on social media. Everywhere I turn there is something reminding me that the 5 secs of satisfaction are right there for me to look at. But I've been successful with ignoring these distractions for the most part except for the occasional lack of respect for myself in the form of me browsing a random tik tok profile before snapping out of it and remembering that I've made it to far to mess up this beautiful family that I have.

Dont just ignore your distractions but understand them and why they are pulling at you. Learn all you can about yourself.

What I mean is that when we know our triggers, we should take extra steps to avoid them. We shouldn't try to expose ourselves with a little at a time in the hopes that we develop resistance--that's just tempting fate. For me avoidance is the best play; I start to realize how unnecessary it all is and it get's easier to steer clear.
