Sexual addiction, also sometimes called sexual compulsion, is a form of psychological addiction to sexual intercourse and other sexual behavior.
I am about 2 weeks into my no fap/no porn journey because I recognized I had a problem. Honestly after the 3rd and 4th days it became pretty easy. I don't know what to expect from the months to come I know the urges will come and go but I'm not sure how strong they will be or how often. As of right now they are not there at all.
The thing is it was destroying you, and your soul.
Focusing that energy on things to better yourself will feel better and better.
But once you are addicted you will always have to fight the addiction, because if you give in even once just for one "hit", then you will fail, fall. and end a good soul.
You cant drink it, sip it, or even smell it because when you do you are avoiding life, no matter how it is.
