A face to face meeting would be a 12 step program and of course, cognitive therapy. I also have found tapping to be very helpful. http://www.thetappingsolution.com/
It's good that you are open minded. Staying open to learning that there are many paths to healing is a good start in recovery.
Again Thank you..

I have a goal of around 3 to 5 pages a day. Getting a big book of Alcoholics Anonymous might work for you as well, there is a section that addresses sex, when used selfishly, actually in my spare time Tuesday I can transcribe it in a message to you or on this reply thread, which ever you prefer.
The yourbrainonporn.com stuff and the no fap stuff will help in dealing with the chemical component and the reason why the brain physically craves the porn, however if the spiritual deficiency isn't addressed, the brain's desire to have more dopamine will over come all that new age reasoning based solution.
If you'd like, go to youtube and type in sex addiction and listen to the "experts." Some of them have very valuable information, Patrick Carnes is a great guy to listen to who understands, and then there are others who really understand and care. Some of the info is resentment feminist based rhetoric that cannot connect the dots with the true nature of sexual addiction, which is losing or never having the power to override the compulsion that begins the cycle in the first place. The feminist based rhetoric might bring deep resentment that might lead to acting out, so when listening to mobs of women determined to burn the pornography industry to the ground, remember to as a male take it all with a grain of salt and never take it personal. They've never internally experience the compulsion on the inside, so it would be like asking a white man how it feels to be black, you'll never get a correct answer because the white man has no experience being black, so the important thing is just do one thing every day to remind yourself you have an ideal of being free from the compulsion, that leads to negative consequence, even if it is just something so minor as feeling guilty.
Don't beat yourself up either, most people fall off the path due to despair and erroneous blame of themselves when they slip or relapse, remember, if you are a true sex addict, saying no to compulsion is like thinking you can survive forever without food or water, it's never going to happen. Once you admit and break the denial of the severity of the compulsion, treatment from the higher power and others avails itself, and this thing becomes tolerable.
Let me know if I can help further.
