So I couldn't remember the last time I masturbated until today. I used to pray about it every day and I was very cautious but after some time I forgot because it had been so long since I did it and I fell again. This situation makes me feel like I let God down and I hate it. But I know guilt would only keep me a prisoner and I can't let that happen. I know that I can overcome with discipline and God's grace. I really want to keep myself accountable, so, if there is anyone like me who belives they can get through this, who needs someone to encourage, talk and pray with them as i do, please reach out. Maybe we could help each other...

Hi Obby and Cj. I am in the same boat. I am a chrisyian married man who has been struggling with pornigtaphy and sexual addiction since the age of 13. I have had on and offs. I have not watched porn for the first few years of marriage but thd pattwrns have returned and i need someone with whom to share some of these thoughts i have. I dont want to hurt my wife. I want to be a good husband and a good christian man of God. But i need help in prayer and in our daily battle with sexual immorality.

I know that kind of feeling of letting god down , every time i said i wont do this any more but i just go back to the starting point , it's been a year now fighting with this horrible habit and i'm loosing my mind i wanna go back to my normal life before i discovered this dark side , please i need your help

It isn't easy doing this alone and it probably wouldn't be doing this together either because weŕe all trying to figure it out.

I think this is not just about overcoming sin, it's about our journey as people who have chosen to believe in God, I think if we view it that way it won't be easy but we'll be alright.

Because i believe that his Grace is enough and that he has not given us any temptation we cannot handle or without a means of escape.

I have sent Oriuwa my number on whatsapp. Id love to chat and talk to any of y'all. Today i have fallen again. And it feels i have fallen deeper than ever before. I feel so ashamed of myself. I hate myself and this flesh of mine. I hate this horrible sin and want to be set free once and for all. I would like to confess my strugles to someome willing to listen. Lets start a group that we may be able to comunicate on short notice.
