My porn addiction has dominated my life..my decision making and affected every single relationship I've had. Longest period of no porn and no masturbation has been 2 months in maybe 40 something years. It's humbling to say I'm an addict and need help.

Hello. I am glad to see you are reaching out for help. Have you tried joining a local support group? Secret shame flourishes in the darkness until it is brought out. My addiction support group has helped me out and gave me a lot of strength.

No i haven't been to any support groups. I will look into it. I'm mentally drained from this hamster wheel.

So sorry for your struggle and our timelines are similiar

Walking in nature and good music have been good ways to get my head on straight and towards healing and connection with others etc.
