yeap, porn will destroy you, it kills love, it kills, intimacy, then it kills the libido.
Most people dont even realize how much it will destroy us.
Imagine having a beautiful wife and not being able to perform.
But we have to learn why we are addicted, what are we running from?
what feelings are we numbing, why are we numbing them, what else could we be doing instead of porn.
I suggest you find a local SA group, go to meetings, and start a journal.
Purge the poison of porn out of your system the easiest fastest way is to read the entire bible.

Thanks guys. It's been a rough week but considering the damage I've already done and the shame, it's been quite easy so far to not watch porn. Knowing what I actually want out of life helps, and I don't want to let down my wife and son.

You can not do it by yourself, you need accountability partners, someone who has gone down the path ahead of you and knows the destruction and failures.
Someone who can help you and guide you to success.

Yes, I definitely need help but in the meantime I'm doing everything in my own power to change a lot of aspects in my life. Way less screen time, staying busy, going out of my way to do the little things I always overlook and forget to do. My wife and I are both going to start seeing counselors this week. As hurt as she is, she wants to help and hopefully move forward. I will not let down myself or my family.
