But it feels like the longest four days of my life. The temptation to watch comes and goes, but right now, I feel like I'm in control of my mind. For now. I've been giving more thought into using a porn filter. I know I'm strong enough to resist, but I also know I can't always control my mind. I know when I'm anxious, depressed, I may not be fast enough to resist the temptations.

I can be here for you. Same as the other 2,253 members of this group, I know what its like!
I'm in treatment and I'll tell you more about it if you want. I know we're all unique, but also in nearly the same boat too.

I understand your frustrations. Take it one day at a time. The less you watch porn, and the less you think about it the more easier it will be to overcome.

i would say read the bible when you feel the need for porn, learn about all the temptation that were over come in the bible, it will show you that you can over come this too.
