It is impossible to have a normal, healthy sexual relationship while frequently indulging in the addiction. In addition, having sex can be a trigger because you don't look at it the same way as a normal person. Your brain goes back into "porn mode" as you try to act out the things you've seen. That's completely different than intimacy and it's not what healthy sex should look or feel like.
