I ve been addicted to porn about 20 years I have marriage which lacks intimacy and sex. If only my wife good fulfill my sexual desire even once a week would be good. My craving for sex makes me watch porn secretly for hours until I mostly masterbate. Next day I feel guilty and I carry this guilt within me and has caused anxiety.
I don't understand why my wife doesn't give the shit about sex!

You said your marriage lacks intimacy, that is what women are looking for. Emotional Intimacy. If you can open up to your wife and be brave enough to be vulnerable, this would be a good first step toward reclaiming a sexual relationship with her. I would also suggest that you consider couples counseling. Twenty years is a long time to repress issues that should be discussed respectfully. Best wishes to you.
