Hi i dont know how these things usually go, but ill give it a shot. So hi everyone in this group I would like to say thanks to any advice in the future that will help, but without further ado let me begin. I have an addicition which developed itself in highschool, and continued into my adulthood, and from there for some time i killed it I just kinda forgot about it, and now its reared its ugly head again when im happily married and really troubling me, and my wife.Just trying to figure out how to kill this thing for good and be done with it. Im going to be swapping to a dumbphone for a better choice for technology in my pocket and hands, but another problem lies with my laptop and i do have hobbies but since i relocated and got married i dont have the money to go out and do them or even to do them at home.I just dont like what its done to me and if anyone has advice other than therapy im already doing that plus attending church everyday and reading my bible, and also open with my wife i just could really use some help and thanks again to anyone in advance.
