But you have to remember that they are acting -- they are paid money to scream like that. In truth, many of these women are covering up their misery: http://stoptraffickingdemand.com/trafficking-within-the-industry/

Substituting real pornography with real sexual partners isn't likely to help either. It will only add risks like STDs, unwanted pregnancy, abusive relationships and a general feeling of self-loathing. I think you know that, which is why you're here instead of just finding some guy who wants an easy target.
I would encourage you to find something to be passionate about -- something to give meaning to your life. My faith plays a big role in guiding me with that. There are countless people you could be helping right now -- homeless people in soup kitchens, lonely people in nursing homes, students who need tutoring, lonely people who just need a friend to talk to. You have skills and talents to develop, perhaps hobbies to explore. Finding things to love about your life can give you an incentive to turn away from pornography instead of letting it lead you down even darker paths.

You may want to check out a local chapter of Sex Addicts Anonymous or other support group as well. Even though you aren't actually having sex with other people at this point, the fact that pornography and sex seem to occupy so much of your attention suggests to me that you most likely have an addiction of some kind.
I am a college student and have been since I was a sophomore taking early college courses. I have roomies that I don't too much know.. I have a few friends here in my real life. And I do have things I enjoy doing, the problem is that even when I'm out and about doing those things I still find myself going straight to sexual thoughts about any man I come across. I've watched porn hoping it would help but it hasn't. I've fooled around hoping that would help and clearly it hasn't either. I'm clearly not interested in replacing porn with real sex just to have sex otherwise I would have already done so.
I realize porn is a staged setting and they go thru hours and hours of production time to get to the final product. I also realize that fantasies are better left in the mind because of that very same reason. I may be young, but I do have a pretty expanded background in life and stuff and not the average 18 year old horny girl trying to get a "fix" for sexual desires. I just really love sex, I mean not the actual act of it since I haven't done it, but more the idea of the actual act. I don't even think that makes sense to most, but it does to me. I've almost decided that it's ok to think and feel the way I do since I do have such control over my desires and thoughts. Trust me if I were going to act on them I've had numerous opportunities to do just that..
If it weren't so unacceptable in the world I would have become a porn star the day I turned 18.. Maybe.. I'm not inhibited by the standards people try to place on others. I live my life according to the way I see fit and not what others think is right and wrong. My choosing to remain a virgin until I decide to change that status is based soley on me and my thoughts and goals in my own life.
sorry if this sounds defensive but I think you have the wrong idea about what i'm asking. What I was asking is if there are ways to curb the insesent thoughts about men and what they are hiding in their pants and what they could do with it, with me. But like I said. I'm almost ok with those thoughts. They don't define me, they don't control me. They control my thoughts sometimes. It's annoying sometimes. But I can have a regular conversation with a man while I multitask with those thoughts. The porn and the fooling around and such was ways I tried dealing with it.
For me, the best way to curb incessant sexual thoughts and desires has been to stay away from pornography and masturbation completely and to derail whatever unwanted thoughts happen to come up. I generally do this either by "changing the subject" -- just thinking about some other topic -- or through prayer. However, I found that when I was still watching pornography up until about 2-1/2 years ago, this was all but impossible to do.
The way I deal with it is with an object, something to symbolize the future person I am to be with. For me it is a little titanium ring I always have on my hand. It may seem stupid but to me that ring symbolizes all the things to come in my life in this area, it symbolizes the person I will one day wear a ring for. Whether that helps you or not I don't know but I know it helps me.
Ever since I had begun using marijuana and looking at pornography, age 11 and 13, my life went into a decline. Now, at age 24 I think and feel as though I'm trapped under the weight of previous mistakes, they add up. I worry that maybe some of my dreams and aspirations aren't coming true. Sometimes I even lose hope a little bit. I guess pornography is attractive to people because it makes you forget about these issues, putting you into a sort of quasi-optimistic mind state. The truth is that pornography is just another business for some people, when you are done masturbating you are probably still alone.
Thank you
