I've been there. Perhaps it would help to think about where the spiral began. For example, were you trying to escape from something emotionally? Did you get careless with your eyes or imagination, thinking you could now handle certain things? It is even possible it was accidental -- a few times I've clicked on links that I did not expect to contain nudity and, surprise, there it was. It can take days to shake the image from the mind. Identifying the catalyst may help you avoid it down the road, as well as plan better on how to handle it next time.

In addition, look at what was working for you during those months where you were OK. What things did you do that helped you succeed? What did you like about living without your addiction? What was hard? What might you need to address next time for more sustained success?

Anyway, just thoughts based on what I've found helpful in that situation.

I'm sorry you feel and worry that "everyone" will/would judge you for having slipped....while I can accept that this is your fear, I can tell you that your fear is unfounded...we all slip and screw up at times and those in this forum know this better than most. The forum exists to support....not judge, no matter what happened....
