Bro what ive done is install K9 web protection on my PC and enable restrictions on my phone like bro it acc works 100% without a shadow of a doubt, for me this is the only way till i gain some control over my thoughts and urges and even then im not going to uninstall its epic because to uninstall the software you need a password lol so for me its impossible because i dont know the password lol, i got my younger brother to change the email address it was registed with and the password, now if you do manage to get this free epic software i would recommend you to be completely honest with yourself and go to the setup page and add "blocked words/sites" once you get onto this page name all the dirty filthy words you can think off anything all the names of who you watch to your best ability and by all means hand the login details to a close friend or someone ALSO SET THE RESTRICTIONS TO HIGH CUSTOM IS TRASH, now for your phone u need to restrict yourself to like 12+ apps and clean all the sites and in addition type all the sites to block the main ones and the side ones.

Just Remember this works, because in order for me to masturbate i need to watch porn, but if i dont have this or any picture or gifs or anything it doesnt work and it takes to long i cant even think about anything so thats fantastic, this is not ez because once you do this you wont even be able to go onto sites that are even sexually related in anyway lol but they get blocked, you have to find a way to get around this im current on my 2nd day lol, wen i decided to initalise k9 web protection i didnt do it right becuase i had a software which decrypts my encryted ios backup so i can find out the restrictions passcode "clever right", no wrong. this is how deep it was i would try everything, i would try and find a way to satisfy my urges, ive always heard the 3rd day is the hardest but if u over come this bro, i believe that you are on ur way to success, if u need any help with the setup process or anything im here bro ill be ur accountability partner

Just now entering the third day, I find it easier than the other times I needed to quit, because of my research of what porn was designed to do (literally drain the strength from men, and sexualize everything so that we can't function as a society) thanks for the help, I'll look into it. Also I'd recommend watching "The True Purpose of Porn" stream by Owen Benjamin. (He might at first seem a little off, but trust me it boost your strength to fighting this horrible addiction)

I totally understand the urge to do this whenever you feel like you are alone and safe (from family/stress). I learned that I have always looked to porn/fantasy when I feel alone, wife or family are out of sight, and I feel safe. I don't have to entertain them, please them, soothe their feelings.

I've been avoiding binges for 7 months now. It helps to have a journal. A book or an online mail account where you can write about how you're feeling before and after porn urges. Sometimes for me I'll want to look at porn but I'll journal instead - what's going on in my life, what was just happening a few minutes ago, what are the things that put me in this mindset of wanting to escape from people. Sometimes its porn then journal. But don't judge yourself if you can't go cold turkey. Even now I just will look at some porn, then journal about what kind and why that was working for me. With the help of a therapist I've learned that porn/fantasy is all about wanting some empathy to be offered to me. Something my narcissistic parents refused to give unconditionally.
