Hey man, you're not alone. I am 28 and have been married for four years going on five years now. I have been searching porn since I have been 11 years old. I slip on and out and sometimes I feel as if I can't control it. My wife has caught me once by finding it on my phone and I have recently confessed to it to her! I I am trying to fix this issue now! Through my faith in God and seeking wisdom and help I know we both can kick this thing man!

I just know I can't think my way out of it. I don't know how to give it to God. My spirit is willing but my flesh is weak. No matter how much I pray or read all this spiritual stuff, as soon as the cravings start it's like that Dr Jekl/ Mr Hyde effect.

I can tell you one thing, talking about it helps. I've been a sex addict since I can remember. I've been to prison for sexual assault. Your doing the right thing, just asking for help. We all need help. I just started actively looking for a group myself. One for convicted sex offenders(or those who might be in danger of offending) if anyone knows of one.

I'm in danger of offending. I'm scared and feel hopeless.

You definitely need to talk to someone right away. Have you looked for groups in your area? I know from experience that sharing has a curing affect. It eases the pain and brings hope to despair. And there is hope.

Talking on here has helped so far. I'm burnt out as it is from work and attending AA meetings. But today I found someone in the AA program whom is willing to meet with me in regards to my lust issues since he has battled with similar issues. And I'd be willing to listen to anyone on here who understands this disease even if that means private texts and such. I'd be more than grateful.

I'm glad u found someone to talk to from an AA group, I have tried AA groups but can't seem to relate. I have deviant sexual issues, I was in many self help groups while I was locked up. They made me strong. I was happy with the person I was while attending these groups. It has been several years now since me release and I miss and need to find a group. I understand your fear and despair. One day at a time. The struggle is real! Not sure how private texting works from this site.

I wish they had some one on one message boards on this site. I'd give out my number but then it'd be exposed to everyone.

hi i am basically turning 21 this november and ever since i lost my virginity last year to my girlfriend at 20...i developed this high and uncontrollable sex drive and its driving me nuts....i got indulged in pornography as a pseudo way to help calm the drives and sexual hunger but now over a year , i just cant seem to let go of this porn and masturbating to it....HELP! i just actually masturbated to a clip...though i felt like i could resist the urge but i just couldnt ..i need serious PRAYERS from you guys.....now i have been watching end time clips and realise this thing might actually just land me a hot spot in hell.....i really love God and wanna make heaven ....some one please come through for me!!!

You are not alone, I too struggle with porn addiction. Talking to others is the best help u can find. You have my prayers but I would encourage to find a sex addict meeting in your area if possible. However, I myself am having trouble finding one. I am going to try to start one myself it just takes time. Keep moving forward o e day at a time. Help is out there.

Hey Kingpin I'm exactly where you are. You are not alone in this fight. Programs are strongly recommended however if you honestly can't find one in your area then I believe the next option would be for you to find a friend or family member whom you can trust. That person may or may not be going through what you're going through but still a trustworthy listening ear/ one on one interaction with another human being has really helped me out a ton so far! Furthermore that person whom you may open up to could possibly lead you towards something or someone who can relate to your situation.

I am truing to stop this terrible habit, been a porn addict for years... I recently got to day 3 without MB and then I fell again..... Need help to stand up again
