Today I looked at women in nearly nude clothing. Today, I haven't looked at any masturbation, sex, or nudity, albeit. I'm very happy that I haven't looked at porn today, but still can't stop beating myself up.
I would like to stop looking at porno hereby, and also get away from arousing videos and pictures. I feel that sexual exploitation only causes us. Although, I don't think that it's wrong to touch yourself, if you feel necessary.
I think that if I choose healthier food, entertainment, etcetera then I will become healthier. I want to feel like -I can do it, in regards to lifelong aspiration. I would like to live an independent and good livelihood, not succumb to addiction.
Today I will just be hopeful that I can make these dreams come true, and that everybody else who seeks the same will as well.

I believe in God and that He sees everything, and I tried to confess this sin of deriving sexual pleasure outside of marriage and looking at impure things. I think that you realize that taking in these adult movies are not in one's best interest, as I have. After I view them, I start to feel an ill, nauseous feeling inside (like, physically ill). Even before I click on a video, my inner conscience tells me "you shouldn't watch this."
I struggle with this just like you do. It is hard because I live alone and it is an easy thing to access on my computer. The thing which stops me now is knowing that I will feel sick afterwards. Even if I am not harming anyone else by watching, I know I am harming myself.
I hope you continue to be strong and abstain from watching this corrupt material. I am fighting the same fight.
