I have been watching porn since i was just 11 today I'm 22.. half of my life has been sucked by it..i can't perform my spiritual practices neither i can do my study and I'm lazy and energy less depress all the times.. i have watched all genera of porn including incest too.. this all makes me feel so guilty that now i cry sometimes..

I have been trying to leave this shit since last 2 years and i have tried everything from religious practices to download porn blockers everything and I leave it for 10 days -15 days (once for 35days) but again i relapse..

Now only one thing can help me and it's i need an accountability partner who is annonymous to me and I'm to him and i can regularly tell him about my NoFap journey at least i need him/her for 90 days with me. Such that i overcome this killing habit.

I feel your pain Despo222, have struggled for years, and just before getting here I nearly went to my usual pron sites but stopped and decided to ask for help and confess my sins. This isn't easy and I have struggled for years, we all have for those of us who are willing to admit it. We're all sick of it and just want freedom.

I can recommend John Bevere's Porn Free course on Messager X, it's helped me greatly with going to my bible instead of my computer. Getting an accountability partner is the best I've found, but be careful, my mom found me looking for ways to find one and now wants to be mine ( cringe!) This should just be between you and your A-pal.
