Sexual addiction, also sometimes called sexual compulsion, is a form of psychological addiction to sexual intercourse and other sexual behavior.
This is my first time doing this. Just sick of what porn has done to my mind. I feel like a creature walking around normal human beings. My addiction has caused me to look at stuff I have no actual enjoyment with simply because it hungers for something new. I hate it and it makes me hate myself. I want to stop. I am hoping this will page will help. I just want to be the person my family needs. Porn has overtaken my life as something I need constantly. I dont feel good about this anymore. I just want to stop sexualizing every damn woman I come across. I try to stop thinking about it as soon as it pops into my head but my mind loves to undress every woman I meet and I hate it. I am exhausted. I want to be someone who is proud of themself and their existence, and this is just not helping anymore.

Find good ways to change your thinking about women. Learn to appreciate all of the aspects of a woman. They are a gift to us from God and it is important for us to treat them with full respect. There are Celebrate Recovery groups that can help you center your mind on the right things. I have heard good stories out of these groups. Prayers for your success!
