Hi, Its been a long time since I wrote on here, but here we go again. So.... I have had a girlfriend now for @ 6 yrs. now and at first the sex was great we did everything. All positions all types everything. the sessions would last for hours. I believe one time we did it for 5 hours straight. WELL now its 15 to a half hour tops. and 99% of the time missionary style. I tell her to put her "butt" in the air for the bark bark position and its almost always no. I've talked to her many times about it and I get no where with her. I like to "make love" for at least an hour or till I am wore out but she just wont have it anymore. FYI I only see her fri through sun and maybe one day a week for a few hours. we both have kids and don't live together. So I guess my question is. Is this normal? Now I know the stereo type, sex is awesome till you get married then it stops but dam we don't even live together yet little alone are married. How are you guys and LADIES on here?

If you are looking for advice as to how to have sex this is not the group for you. If you are looking for excuses for deviant sexual behavior and to be justified in it, this is not the group for you. If you are looking for support to overcome sex/porn addiction this group is for you. You make the decision.

I agree that this is not the right group for this topic. This group is about addiction.

But I will say that the Missionary Position is the most popular and effictient, and that 6 years in the relationship can fall into routine. The whole relationship, not just the sex. Also, if she doesn't like certain positions then you should respect that.

Sex is always a beautiful experience when you love someone. They are always enough for you, because you are not demanding a "performance" out of them. Sex between two people is not supposed to be a porno movie with different people taking turns being the director. It should be a natural and open experience where you go into it with the intention of being satisfied.

What else is going on in your lives that might be a cause of less satisfaction? Stress?, unemployment?, other addictions? Perhaps one or both of you are unhappy with something the other has done and don't feel like giving their 150%. No one owes another person a sexual performance and when they do not feel up to it, they do not have to do it. It is worth looking at the bigger picture. trouble in the bedroom often begins in another room.
