Hookup or not to hookup?

That is the question here. When i was in high school I was addicted to sex and I was one who would have sex with just about anyone at any age. I've grown from that and as an adult I have had random one night stands and even had conventional relationships. It's been a couple years since I've been with a woman and I'm looking for that physical activity vs doing it all myself anymore. I'm not ready for all that relationship bs we all have to go through pleasing each other's life's wants and needs. I just want to get my rocks off. It sounds bad but I'm just getting to the point here. 


The question is, should I go through with hooking up with someone or someone's? Is it acceptable to have someone to just have sex with every so often? I don't want to get back into my old habits but being with someone while this deed is getting done is so much different from taking care of buisness myself. 


Thanx for any advice you might have for me.

I think this is a two sided question really. A-how severe were your bad habits and B-Will just hooking up send you spiraling out of control. There is nothing wrong with having casual sex as long as it's consensual and understood by both parties. If you are being shysty and lying to a woman to get laid then that's bullshit. But if it is known that it has no strings attached then there is nothing wrong with it. If you have doubts because you may or may not be creating a monster then it's better to errr on the side of caution and refrain

I really need help, it hurts me whenever I find myself in this act, Kind of lust and also desiring to watch pornographics contents just to ease the arosements and so doing having myself ejeculate, anyway forward, battling with for more than 4yrs now, sometimes it looks like there's an improvement but later fall back to it again, I feel loneliness and boredom contribute to it also, no friends around too. I resort to prayers which is hard for me to maintain in dealing with this.
