Sexual addiction, also sometimes called sexual compulsion, is a form of psychological addiction to sexual intercourse and other sexual behavior.
As a pornography viewer and addict, I believe that when I've looked at pornography because I was attracted to other men. Looking at pornography is like having group sex, and it makes us promiscuous. When we look at pornography we aren't just being aroused by the women, we're being aroused by the thought of women copulating with other men.
I started my pornography addiction at age 11 or so, and I've realized that I haven't yet become an athlete or a scientist. Pornography hasn't helped me academically or in becoming an artist.

It's not just the pornography, it's the computer or the phone or any other electronic equipment that disconnects you from yourself and the rest of the world.
Go out and live your life and get connected at an actual face-to-face group meeting. Talk to people, become engaged. Become whole again.
