If it's activating those dopamine pathways, I would say it is. 30 days is great. Try writing in a journal and focus on other stuff. Slow your mind down.

And yeah i think that masturbation encourage the urge of watching porn. Its hard not to think of porn while your masturbating. all these images that i have in my mind come back while im masturbating. Wich just makes mo want to go see porn. And after i just feel sad and guilty

I am feeling the same way. I want treatment but, I am getting allot of run around from my local therapy centers. Are there any tel-a-docs readily available? What resources worked for you? I don’t want allot of time to go by before I try and tackle this. I am getting desperate. Any tips?

I found a good article that helped me on a website called JW.ORG Searched for Masturbation or pornography. They had good articles. But for me it was to just block the temptation as much as possible. I realized I can't control myself with internet so I asked my wife, who knows about this, to lock the internet on my phone or personal devices. She has been really comprehensive about this.

It helped me get out of a bad routine for long enough to be able to gain some control. Watching porn for many many years has me sexually aroused looking at almost anything. as soon as I was tempted by something I saw, my solution was to just masturbate, thinking that after I would be ok and not want to watch porn. but it has never helped on the long run. Just always made me. want to go back.

But at least if I don't have access to internet, im less tempted. It's not easy though, it's a sacrifice to not have access to internet nowadays. But totally worth it.
