This is my first post here. Ive stuggled with porn/masterbation addiction since adolescents however its become quite unmanageable as of lately. I have almost 5 years clean from hard drugs and i believe im using porn as a substitute. Its affecting my work and romantic life way too much. I cant control myself. I installed a porn blocker on my phone a couple weeks ago which has definitely helped but im now finding myself looking for other ways to watch it. I even masterbate in puplic places, at work on jobsites, and while my fiancé is in the other room! Im tired of hurting my girl and risking my good job to look at porn! Someone please help!

Im using truple. It works pretty good so far. I think its like 6 bucks a month.

Sounds like you might need additional support and perhaps therapy
I'm not one to jump to therapy, but if you're really scared of ask you have to lose and it's that bad, you may not be able to wait

I lost it all because I couldn’t control it anymore. I would suggest consulting an addiction specialist and try to figure out why you are using porn to self medicate. Primary care providers are a good first step. I had a wife two kids a great home and a dog…..a freaking crazy lovable dog. It’s all gone man. No coming back from it. Don’t be like me. Get the help you need.

Yeah I have mental health issues from drugs and this addiction only makes it worse. I'm glad you're off the drugs but this can be harmful too.

Get into a 12 step group like SLAA or PAA. They'll get you a sponsor and sobriety partners, meetings,, and a program to confront your addiction. You cannot do this alone as you've found.
