Hypothetically, there's no healthy level of pornography use. Pornography has the strength to harm our minds and destroy our lives. Today I realized how much I've harmed myself. When I think about women that I've had feelings for and then think about sex, it wreaks me.

Pornography websites aim to damage and corrupt its viewers. Viewing mainstream pornography on the internet is plausibly capable of, itself, getting a person sent to prison.

After viewing pornography I always feel panicked, knowing I had an addiction for over half of my life. I fear that I will end up an addict again. I feel that it weakens me as a person, and makes me even more prone to depression.

Today I haven't watched a hardcore pornographic video for about six months, although I did watch an implicit porn video on Youtube. Today I saw some nudity, accidentally, which I explained in another post.

Really, what I think that I need is a significant other to fill the voids which I've sought to fill with pornography. But, women who I've touched in the past seemed to have no morality themselves.

I feel that when I need companionship the most is when it's the least existent in my life.
