Okay, five days isn't much, but that' the biggest break I've taken from viewing porn in a long time. I'm feeling good. I'm feeling proud of myself and I'm really wanting to keep this going. Well done to anyone who's keeping up the fight or getting back on the wagon for another try.
About 6 1/2 years was the first time I really started my fight and I made it a year, but you got to keep on it and never give in cause it took my once saying "screw it" and started back to square 1.
The best tip that I can give (that worked for me at least) is keep a journal to keep track of your journey, even when you are doing good, or even slip up. But writing it down will help.
I haven't been online here for a while cause I gave up, but I am back on and ready to fight again.
